User Reviews for Oki Printing Solutions C7350N

  • Reviewed by: absdad

    Duration of ownership: 1 Year

    Strengths: Excellent when new.

Weaknesses: Toner and drums will cost as much as a new machine.

Overall Evaluation: I have had nothing but trouble since about 6 months into ownership. Though Oki was helpfull, it always came down to drum problems. They replaced all the drums no charge 3 months ago but the troubles are back. Anyone want to buy a printer?

Weaknesses: Stops printing when consumables are near end of life.

Overall Evaluation: Ultimate in reliability. We service this machine ourselves. Okidata provides great support when needed. A full set of toner, drums, belts and fuser unit costs the same as a new printer.
