    Strengths: quite

Weaknesses: ruins more disks than copies them. Wrecked my system. Wouldn't close-out disks.

Overall Evaluation: After having to repair my computer in the shop, I returned the drive, was sent back a refurbished drive. Now sitting on a shelf. By the Plextor 716A. You won't regret it.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Nero Software that is included. Reads and writes DVD's and CD's in every format currently known.

Weaknesses: A little bit loud when CD's and DVD's are spinning.

Overall Evaluation: No problems at all using the DVD Burner or burning CD's. The Nero Software that is included normally sells for $70 and I purchased this Memorex Internal DVD/CD Drive for $90 with store rebate and sale. How could you go wrong? The Nero software is excellent and makes the DVD/CD burner all the more useful. Its burns fast and appears to be accurate. Works on all formats of DVD's currently known including double layer and DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD videos, DVD-ROM software, etc.
