Strengths: Great printer, Excellent printers Too good

    Weaknesses: None Known

Overall Evaluation: Tech support is great. I bought an IP4000, and needed warranty work and the sent me a brand new IP400r for an instant exchange. That was awesome. I wish all company's worked this way.THis prints great pics on canon photo paper and the Konica Goossy Photo PaperI have been in the graphics industry all my working life and have determined the quality on photos is incredible. Maybe slow to some people, but to me it's worth the wait. Photo labs can not beat the quality!!! I have not needed service or support, so I did not rate

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Great photo quality, very simple wireless setup. Flawless integration.

Weaknesses: Range limited, ink runs out a bit fast.

Overall Evaluation: After considering purchasing a new printer with a wireless print server that wasn't even guarenteed to work, I settled with this IP4000R. Set up was relatively simple and once it turned on, it actually works! I have a small office network set up and this printer has no problems comminucating with any of them.
