Strengths: Great printer, Excellent printers Too good
Weaknesses: None Known
Overall: Tech support is great. I bought an IP4000, and needed warranty work and the sent me a brand new IP400r for an instant exchange. That was awesome. I wish all company's worked this way.THis prints great pics on canon photo paper and the Konica Goossy Photo PaperI have been in the graphics industry all my working life and have determined the quality on photos is incredible. Maybe slow to some people, but to me it's worth the wait. Photo labs can not beat the quality!!! I have not needed service or support, so I did not rate

Strengths: Great photo quality, very simple wireless setup. Flawless integration.
Weaknesses: Range limited, ink runs out a bit fast.
Overall: After considering purchasing a new printer with a wireless print server that wasn't even guarenteed to work, I settled with this IP4000R. Set up was relatively simple and once it turned on, it actually works! I have a small office network set up and this printer has no problems comminucating with any of them.

Strengths: Simple to set up, useful as wireless printer, great tech support
Weaknesses: Some care required to set up wireless (don't plug in USB cable).
Overall: I set up the printer on both PC and Apple computers, and only had a problem because I plugged in the USB cable while trying to set up a wireless connection to the Apple. The printer driver will default to a USB connection if the cable is connected during setup. A call to tech suppport handled the problem... Print quality is good, print speed is good (more like 10 ppm black and white).

Strengths: Printing quality. Wireless connectivity. Printer driver. Appearance. Duplex capability. Speed. Paper handling capabilities. Low cost of consumables relative to its competition.
Weaknesses: None, although it does print a little slower than a Canon i560.
Overall: This printer rocks -- duplex, wireless, great print quality, price, appearance, paper handling options. I have nothing but positive things to say about it. It is slower than my Canon i560, but the print quality for pictures is better. It does a GREAT job printing out digital photos. Oh, and its pretty good at text printing, too. Once again, Canon has come up with a winner.
