Duration of ownership:
Strengths: nice screen, os is great
Weaknesses: battery life too short, constant recharging. very little software for this unit
Overall Evaluation: Mine did not work from day one and had to serviced over and over. By the time I realized that I had a lemon, DELL refused to let me upgrade to the X51v or replace it, they would just repair it.it's sitting next to my desk, just as dead as the day I bought it. DELL SUCKS!

Strengths: gpsbundle,ease of use
Weaknesses: customer support
Overall Evaluation: Overall it is a great product. I recommend the cradle to keep it charged. It took some time to get the GPS loaded. The instructions do not tell which ports to use. After about an hour on the phone with customer support we finally got it. the GPS feature is better than most
