  Strengths: It sounded great for saving my cell phone photos, and it included a comprehensive list on the outside of the box of supported phones and their features.

  Weaknesses: It doesn't work.

  Overall: After hours of fiddling, it pretends to download the photos from my phone, then I get an error message. I've tried it with the cable and my bluetooth, but I always get the same error message. I've learned my lesson about buying software off the shelf at the office supply store. First I'll READ THE REVIEWS, then buy or not, online.

  Weaknesses: Too many to list

  Overall: I installed this about 6 months age, I used it about 3 times. It is useless it claims to sync with outlook, it must be in some fantasy dream. I had to reload my system and the cd does not want to load. I noticed when loading it wants to connect with the internet if you're not on linethe installation freezes. As I said too many problems and a complete waste of time and money!

  Strengths: This program will be fabulous if I ever get it to work. It should eliminate the nasty charges Sprint imposes for using the camera on my cell phone.

  Weaknesses: Confusing installation, USB drivers are not signed with Windows so they can not be recognized, kind of expensive for what it does.

  Overall: $40 and 5 hours later I still can not get this product to install on my computer. Their installation instructions and their website are NOT user-friendly. Their customer service dept is only open Mon- Friday in the daytime. Because they are not signed with Microsoft my computer is rejecting all of the USB Drivers which are necessary to connect with a cell phone. Their packaging would have you believe otherwise. It was not until I took it home, opened it up (aka: too late to return) and read the installation manual that I discovered this. Now I am just hoping that I can make it work somehow so that I have not been robbed of my $40 bucks. At this point if I could go back in time I probably would not have bought this product. The store I purchased it from, Best Buy, was not helpful either. I feel as though they sold me a faulty product and now they want to charge me $100+ to try to fix it. Yeah right. If I can't figure it out I doubt they can. This should not be this difficult.
