HP LC3200N Review

- Usually you buy a television to look at the screen, but the back panel of the HP LC3200N is pretty impressive too, as it has an incredible number of ports to which you can connect other equipment; it even has FireWire ports for showing footage from a digital video camcorder or exporting to a digital-VHS deck. The one addition we'd like to see is a second HDMI port (something that, of the group of TVs we tested at the same time as the HP, only the Dell W3201C provided).

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Reasonably priced, lots of ports

    Weaknesses: n/a

Overall Evaluation: This HP TV is very similar to the Sharp Aquos, but has more ports and more color selection which I really like. The picture quality is suberb and the size of the tv is great for watching movies. It would be nice if this TV had a height and swivel adjustable stand, but other than that I reccommend this tv.

    Strengths: picture quality, durability, design

    Weaknesses: n/a

Overall Evaluation: This is a re-branded Sharp Aquos TV. I love the Sharp TVs, but the re-branded HP cost less (for me anyway), so I bought the HP. This is my first HD and 32" TV and I am very happy with this purchase. This TV has great vivid picture quality, various inputs/outputs, easy to set up, and user friendly. I highly reccommend this TV. I have not used this TV as a computer monitor.
