Strengths:
Weaknesses: I bought the Kaspersky Internet Security Suite late Sept. I installed it and it was up for several days. I had to do a hard reboot of my system and since then I keep getting the error message that I have exceeded the maximum number of times I can use the access key (6 times). I emailed their tech support on 10/8/06 and had to resend to get a response on 10/13. They 'assumed' I was on a network and that is the reason I was receiving this error. I am not on a network and have this on only one machine. In the meantime I have had 2 back surgeries so I have been unable to email them constantly to fix this problem. The first fix they sent me did not work. As of this date, 10/16/06 I am still without the protection I had assumed I would have and am trying to 'chase' them to get this fixed while I am recooping from my surgeries.
Overall Evaluation: I would not buy this software again based on their poor service and cannot state whether the software is good or not as it has not been up and running long enough to evaluate it.
