Overall Evaluation: I got it a month ago as a replacement for my 250MB Seagate which was running out of space. Every time HDD replacement is a big deal. And the bigger size your old hard drive is the more time it takes. You need to partition new drive, copy all data and take care of permissions for the users. I have 4 partitions and multi user configuration so I expected to spend few evenings with the replacement. Fortunately the disk comes with Disk Wizard which is actually a piece of software from Acronis. Just run it, adjust settings, shutdown your PC, connect your new drive and power up your computer again. The software copies all the data with all the permissions resizing your old partitions to the new size according the settings you specified before. Bingo! Now just remove your old drive and boot from the new one instead. Of course you need to take care of jumpers (Master/Slave/CS) on the new hard drive or you should connect your new drive to the jack you used for your old one if you use CS (cable selection) mode. Alternatively you can change boot order in the BIOS if it has an option to switch boot from master to slave.
