Strengths: Good keybord for easy and quick texting.
Weaknesses: Very "user un-friendly". Very complicated features. No built in alarm clock. Not able to send or recieve picture mail. Not able to change backround walpaper. Not video capable.
Overall Evaluation: I wanted this phone for quite sometime now, and finally after spending $300 for it. I found out that it did not have an alarm built in it, you had to download it off the web for $5 extra (like spending $300 wasn't enough) It only gives you 2 options for walpaer backrounds on the phone itslef. You can not take a picture and use that as a backround, nor send or recieve picture mail, only to and from you e mail address (who uses their e mail anymore?) There was also no video capability, not even 30 seconds worth? The phone was also very confusing and would take you to menus that you didn't want to go to. I was extreamly dissapointed.

Strengths: There are no strengths to this product. It is pure junk.
Weaknesses: The Sidekick 3 is by far the worse phone I have ever owned. For the amount of money you pay for the phone, it should be of higher quality. I am on my third Sidekick in less than 6 months. The first one I received the screen didn't work from the time I took it out of the box. The second one, the screen went out within 2 months. The third one I left in the box and I am trying to sell it on E-Bay. I know others with the phone and they are on their second or third phone. Mostly screen problems, some are having problems with the phone turning off or not being able to turn it back on.
Overall Evaluation: It is pure junk, not even worth a dollar. The sad part is the T-Mobile won't stand behind the product.

Strengths: It has a great keyboard. It has very good ways to keep it touch with your family and friends that include instant messaging, e-mail, phone, texting (unlimited with 2-year agreement), web, an organizer, a 1.3 megapixel camers with flash, an MP3 player, and games. The web browser is quick.
Weaknesses: Camera could be better and there isn't a zoom on the camera.
Overall Evaluation: I have had this phone for almost 7 months and I have to say that this is the best cell phone i have ever had. It has everything I need to contact friends and family.
