Strengths: Relatively inexpensive. easy to use
Weaknesses: Support
Overall Evaluation: The device is simple and easy to use. Standalone it seems to function well however, the advertised ability to connect through the internet and use their website to diagnose problems did not work for me. Although I order the product directly from the company, both the software and the device needed updates upon arrival. The software update on the PC appears to have worked but the firmware upgrade of the device failed and left the device unrecognizeable by the OS or the software. Not what I expected and certainly not a good experience.
