Installed Memory is Ideal for Five or Fewer Users

This printer's installed memory is sufficient for small offices or workgroups that print typical business documents, such as memos, spreadsheets, or simple Web pages. If you have more than six people using the printer or the printer handles heavy traffic, you will want more memory than this printer provides.

Overall Evaluation: good price and easy to use software. Compare to the new canon I bought (all in one,very old software........), I prefer this one. the 1400w is small and smart.

Strengths: Cheap price w/ rebate

Weaknesses: Mediocre print quality. Somewhat noisy.

Overall Evaluation: Not bad for the price I paid for.Text printing is good while it's not too small.Not bad for the personal use but I will buy other brand next time.
