Strengths: It has none
Weaknesses: Painfully slow, doesn't work
Overall Evaluation: This and OmniPage Pro are the worst products I've bought in years. They don't work with any of my three scanners and Nuance technical support is non-existant.

Strengths: The best document management software available. Good set of features and the interface straight-forward and easy to use.
Weaknesses: The software is UNRELIABLE!!!!
Overall Evaluation: You can't rely on this program to work when you need it to work. It's just too buggy. The program frequently freezes while viewing documents. And while scanning in documents, the program sometimes crashes and fail to recognize the scanner. In order to get the program to work again, you have to reinstall the program, but the scanner wizard won't always correctly detect the type of scanner attached (flat bed or document feed, for example).Nuance product support SUCKS!!! It's obvious they have no desire to fix or improve the program. Too bad because it's really good software when it works. Maybe a good company will come along and buy out Nuance and fix the problems. But until then, save your money and don't buy this software until the problems are finally fixed.
