What You Should Know about the Photosmart D7360 Photo Printer (32 PPM, 4800x1200 DPI, Color, 64MB, PC/Mac)

Installed Memory is Ideal for Five or Fewer Users

This printer's installed memory is sufficient for small offices or workgroups that print typical business documents, such as memos, spreadsheets, or simple Web pages. If you have more than six people using the printer or the printer handles heavy traffic, you will want more memory than this printer provides.

Duration of ownership: 10 Months

Strengths: Two paper trays

Weaknesses: After replenishing paper, the next photo prints on two sheets wasting ink, paper, and time. It refuses to show ink levels for refilled cartridges. It jams with non-HP paper.

Overall Evaluation: Unacceptable! The printer was replaced thee times for this issue which has happened in all four units! It frequently prints from the wrong paper tray. This printer is so bad that I am fighting with HP for a full refund.

Weaknesses: Paper is difficult to load

Overall Evaluation: I've had this printer for about 6 months and it keeps giving me an out of paper message even after I load and reload the paper 20 times. It still doesn't recognize that that it has paper in the main tray. HP support couldn't solve my problem and insists that I didn't register it when I know I did. CHEAP PRINTER!!! Lack of support from HP.
