Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Bluetooth sync/hands-free, customizable ringer caller ID and caller ID Picture. Speaker phone is loud. Custom alarms.
Weaknesses: Camera lens is exposed on outside, outer LCD is exposed. No standard headphone jack
Overall Evaluation: I got a great deal (free and $50 rebate) with Sprint 2-yr service. No problems with their software setup or signal strength. The navigation is intuitive and can be easily customized to suit personal tastes. Texting is good although but no QWERTY keys like a PDA. The phone has options to add contacts, photos (for Caller ID), calculator, video, MP3's for play or ring tones & a calendar. miniSD expandable (It came with a 128MB Card, and SD adapter).
