Strengths: So so phone
Weaknesses: Poor camera; internet capability very limited (read useless); poor MP3 player;
Overall Evaluation: All I got is a clunker of a telephone. The capabilities I was sold just "ain't so". And on top of it all: Aliant staff know little or nothing about it or how to use it. Website is confusing and time consuming to navigate. Bottom line: I hate the thing!A week later, even the phone stopped working. My Treo was junk. I say was, because it's in pieces! Never will I buy a Palm product again.

Strengths: Loaded with features, big screen, good speed
Weaknesses: screen could be brighter
Overall Evaluation: This is a great PDA phone. Thanks for the fast CPU, everything goes smoothly even when I am doing multi-task(listen to music, surf internet and chat at the sametime). The big screen is perfect for video playback. However, i wish it could be brighter cz' I can barely see anything in sunlights. Battery life is ok, depending on the usage. overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Strengths: Faster internet, Windows, Use multiple programs simultaneously, Great battery life.
Weaknesses: Same design for the past three years, Not as much one hand accessibility (stylus) as previous models
Overall Evaluation: I always like having the newest gadgets and such. I was very anxious to use this device. When it came and I used it for a day I was impressed. It is like having a computer and phone in one. The Microsoft office apps are a plus and the technology is better than previous. I especially like Windows Media Player 10. Voice Command is cool. I am still getting used to this device because I liked palm os but it is an upgrade.

Duration of ownership:
Strengths: 1. Good PDA2. ActiveSync and Mobile Office3. Free Google Maps
Weaknesses: 1. No Wifi, not necessary, but nice.2. Small internal memory, 128MB only?3. Small keyboard, I can tolerate this.
Overall Evaluation: I recently got this phone and love all the possible things you can do. Add a GPS, Wifi, Keyboard, Mouse, internet access for your laptop, media player, office suite, etc. Despite the snafu with transferring my line, I am generally pleased with the phone and service. I just wish some of the accessories and software are not as pricey as they are now.
