Very Good: 83Canon Pixma MP470 Review
- Canon's Pixma MP470 has its quirks, but given the $100 price (as of 9/12/07) it's hard to complain. This compact machine offers a wide range of print, copy, and scan functions in a decently designed package.

Strengths: Affordable at-home printer!!
Weaknesses: None so far!!
Overall Evaluation: I would highly recommend this printer for someone who needs a all-in-one printer at a affordable price. Color is excellent for a inkjet printer. So far I have no problem with it. This printer is very reliable.

Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Fast printing compared to other inkjets.
Weaknesses: As many other users have reported, there is a significant issue with the paper feeding mechanism. It either won't feed, or pulls-in the paper at an angle, and then jams.
Overall Evaluation: If you can get this printer for under $65 dollars, it may be worth dealing with the paper feeding issue. But otherwise, I would not recommend it. Certain stores are really starting to mark down the price of this printer as I suspect that they are getting a lot of them 'returned' due to the paper feeding issue I described.
