    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Good print detail on documents and images. Easy set up

Weaknesses: A bit slow on data transfer over network

Overall Evaluation: The printer was very easy to set up on a wireless network. No trouble unlike a HP wireless all in one. Easy to install full software package or just printer driver. Very pleased with print quality. Useful having telephone hand set on dedicated fax line. A good value for the money especially with a rebate.

Strengths: This printer is small but powerful in terms of all the features it includes. It is quiet too.

Weaknesses: You have to have technological help - at least I did - if you are going wireless for the first time. I had real problems with my wireless connections while installing.

Overall Evaluation: Other than the problems with the wireless connections - I am very happy with this printer. It is small so it doesn't take up much valuable desk space in my home office and the fact that it is quiet also makes it a very good choice for a home office. Color quality is good.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: wireless, all-in-one so saves space, very high quality prints, phone with speakerphone is additional advantage and works great, flatbed scanner

    Weaknesses: slow in wireless mode

Overall Evaluation: compare to other wireless printers available in the market this is a good option. It saves space and produce high quality results. The phone and fax machine works great. The scanner is flatbed scanner which provides an easy way to scan compare to other printer-scanners where the document gets inserted and came out of the machine.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Wireless Connectivity, Easy Setup, Email deployment of drivers, Color LCD Screen

    Weaknesses: None so far.

Overall Evaluation: This printer offers great bang for the buck. It has all the features you could ever want in a home or small office setup. The color LCD screen allows for easy and quick setup, though the software allows configuration from any machine on the network. Quality is pretty good, though not the best in the world. Pictures printed on regular paper come out pretty clear. The paper feed comes equipped to handle 4x6 photo paper but I have yet to get some in order to test. Overall, it's a great machine. You have to love the individual color tanks. One of the main reasons for going with this one was because of the price of ink for other brands.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Fast print, nice LCD display, easy to operate. Print, Fax, Copy, and Scan in one machine. Comes with Vista drivers.

Weaknesses: Wireless printing very slow otherwise a great all-in-one machine.

Overall Evaluation: Windows XP and Vista drivers included. And the drivers work well. Only weakness is the slow wireless printing otherwise very fast for all other features. I really, really liked the easy to follow instructions on the installation CD. Unique instructions that tell you what to install and what is included with the installation. Recommend you read and follow both the written directions and the CD installation for foolproof setup. Would have rated a 5 if wireless printing was faster.
