  Overall Evaluation: This is a serious 27" monitor that is almost good for professional use. Its PVA panel colors are clearly superior to the less expensive TN panels competitors. Some people complain that at 1920x1200 resolution individual pixels are too big. But this is exactly what I wanted - to see pixels without rocking back and forth from the screen. The monitor has VGA and video inputs, but so far I'm planning to use it only with DVI.

  Strengths: Extremely bright, and vivid colors. Easy to adjust.

  Weaknesses: Nothing so far, but I'm still evaluating it.

  Overall Evaluation: So far, I love it. After having CRT monitors for the past 30 years, it's really great to have all this real estate, and still have desktop room. Dell recommends setting the resolution to 1920X1200, but my eyes are 77 years old, and I can see the screen better with a lower resolution. Adjustments are simple so It's no problem changing things until you get the settings that are best for you. I'm considering buying a second one so I can have a panarama view of my video programs. I think the Dell 2707WFP Flat Panal Monitor is unbeatable for the price.
