Strengths: small size, 3 ear size inserts for a good fit, QUICK pairing, volume, on/off switch, OK noise cancellation.
Weaknesses: Battery life LED indicator quickly goes to medium and low after a short period of use.
Overall Evaluation: I'm very happy with this ear piece. I had tried the original Jawbone using various combinations of the four ear hooks and ear cover insterts; unfortunately, everything hurt.I'm very pleased with the H12. Its small and I don't need the plastic ear hook. You may have to see which ear it fits better in, as I discovered that I can't wear it on my left ear w/o it falling off. When I tried using the plastic ear loop, it would hurt my left ear. Switching to my right ear, it fits comfortably and without the need for the ear loop.As for the battery life LED indicator, its off. I can go 3-4 days w/o charging. I maybe talk up to 60 minutes a day on the earpiece. I am pretty dilligent about turning the switch OFF when I get home, and ON when I get into the car.

Strengths: Light weight, good sound, on/off button, noise cancellation
Weaknesses: Could have a higher volume, expensive
Overall Evaluation: This BT headset is a lot more expensive than other out there. Is it worth it? Yes and No. Very stylish with some sort of noise cancellation technology. The person the other side can heard me better and I can hear them better. Less static. However, I would like it to be a bit higher volume. The big plus is the on/off button. So much better than holding on the button to get into detection mode.

Strengths: Sound quality and build quality
Weaknesses: so far: ear fit.
Overall Evaluation: This is my first Blue tooth headset. Only had four days. So far I am pleased. It looks and feels well made. The first charge and set up was easy with my LG phone. The sound quality is very good. I can hear others well and so far I don't think others know I am on a headset, even while I am in the car. The controls on the headset work well. It includes a nice little travel case/charger and a desk top charger. Both chargers hold the headset in place with a magnet. Cool. The headset is small and lite. I am still trying out the three different ear peice covers. The over ear loop, hurt my ear a little when I left it on for several hours.

Strengths: - comes with two fancy chargers- noice cancelling works well- volume is sufficient except most situations- good battery life
Weaknesses: - ear hook is a bit flimpsy- hard to put on ear- reponse time (after pressing button) is slow- price
Overall Evaluation: Overall, this is one of the best BT headset I have used. The advertised dual mic noise cancellation feature does work pretty well even when driving on HWY. However, inbound volume could be a bit soft in very loud environment.Ear hook is a bit flimsy and putting on the ear takes a bit of effort. It comes with two fancy chragers. One of them is metallic stand up charger with a magnet so you can just snap on the stand up charger and it will charge. This stand up chrager is very nicely design (great to look at) but sometimes requires a bit of wiggling to make the contacts right to charge. The response time is a bit on the slow side. When answering a call, you have to wait 3 or 4 seconds before you are connected. Sometimes when I was not patient enough and press the button again, I would have ended the call accidentally.Overall it's one great bluetooh headset. It's hard to have the perfect one, and for this one, I will be happy to use it and keep it.

Strengths: Sound quality and fit
Weaknesses: charging solution
Overall Evaluation: I have purchased and used over eight differenct bluetooth headsets over the last two years. The H12 is by far one of the best. I have used the Motorol 850 and 700, whcih have good quality and convenience as well. The H12 is superior to the Jawbone, which was touted much higher than most head sets. I like the carrying case and charging solution, but don't like the fact that I have to carry a seperate charger. All in all this a great headset.
