What You Should Know about the Officejet J4680

Installed Memory is Ideal for Five or Fewer Users

This printer's installed memory is sufficient for small offices or workgroups that print typical business documents, such as memos, spreadsheets, or simple Web pages. If you have more than six people using the printer or the printer handles heavy traffic, you will want more memory than this printer provides.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Printer does everything it's supposed to do easily. Easy install, quiet, compact. Good quality. But...

Weaknesses: It stops working when it wants to. Out of the box it was great, for a few weeks. I had no luck troubleshooting and a geek spent 3 hours getting it going, for a few weeks. Costco will take it back!

Overall Evaluation: Great idea, if it worked. School papers needed to be printed, work papers needed to be printed. By the way, it guzzles ink. This is used for family use and we've replaced cartridges half a dozen times. I plan to return it, and now I'm hesitant to get another wireless.
