Good Fit For Cavernous-Sized Rooms

HDTVs with a diagonal screen size of 55 inches or larger, such as this model, are LCDs, plasmas, or DLPs, usually with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 (1080p). The optimum viewing distance for HDTV screens like these is generally considered to be about 9 to 10 feet, so this model is appropriately sized for very large, cavernous rooms.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: The picture is bright in full sunlight, maintains great aspect ratio. Long lasting and industrial strength. The display can take daily traffic in a public location with out showing signs of abuse

Weaknesses: Weight, this display is a little heavy for my tastes. Takes a heavy duty mount.

Overall Evaluation: I have installed about 40 of these displays with out having 1 trouble call that is associated with the TV itself. I recommend that you get the Pioneer PDA-5003 video card to utilize BNC connectors.
