Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Easy to use, and as simple to download media files as transfering data from a floppy disc.
Weaknesses: None
Overall Evaluation: I have used the DM-8400 with three different kinds of flash cards and it worked well with each. Using this 6 in 1 reader is so much easier than downloading to the computer directly from a camera.

Overall Evaluation: NO reason to buy something else. Its fully loaded and USB 2.0 ready. Remember some MM cards are encrypted for MP3's and cannot be read. Just open explorer and all these drives are now available.
