Dazzle DAZZLE 6 IN 1 READER W/DAZZLE ON DVD SOFTWARE

  Strengths: Easy to use, and as simple to download media files as transfering data from a floppy disc.

  Overall: I have used the DM-8400 with three different kinds of flash cards and it worked well with each. Using this 6 in 1 reader is so much easier than downloading to the computer directly from a camera.

  Overall: NO reason to buy something else. Its fully loaded and USB 2.0 ready. Remember some MM cards are encrypted for MP3's and cannot be read. Just open explorer and all these drives are now available.

  Overall: I purchased a Dazzle product, and there was a problem with successful installation. I emailed tech support, they responded the next day with a suggestion. I told them that I'd already tried their suggestion, but to no avail. I've been emailing them for the last 3 weeks, and yet they seem to have given up on me... as they've never written back since then. Unbelievable, as I'm left with a piece of garbage that I cannot use. As I will and can not comment on this particular product, I'm warning would-be customers about the way this company handles customer service. Beware.

  Strengths: Simple and easy to use. The Dazzle 6 in 1 Reader is all you need....PERIOD!

  Weaknesses: A writer would of been nice, but that is being picky. I would not use the writer function.

  Overall: Along with my laptop computer that has a CD burner, the Dazzle 6 in 1 reader is all you need. I was at a big family event. There was a lot of people taking digital pictures. With the help of the Dazzle 6 in 1 Reader, I was able to accumulate all the pictures and burn it all in one CD. This reader was able to read all the different storage formats available. It was over 300 pictures that came from Compact Flash, Memory Stick, and Smart Media storage. By the end of the day, everybody in the family was able to get 1 CD with all the pictures on it. The Dazzle 6 in 1 was and is "Convenience at its Best!"

  Strengths: EASY installation, good performance, smooth operation, quick transfer of files to and from PC to cards

  Weaknesses: The only "weakness" would be that the user's manual is in pdf; so I have to open acrobat when I want to check it, but it's not related to the product performance itself, therefore I gave it 5 stars

  Overall: This product is the first card reader/writer I have purchased, and probably the last one, since it supports 6 FORMATS! That pretty much ensures me that it will work for me no matter what I throw at it. The installation was really easy. Just followed the instructions and 5 minutes later Windows XP recognized the reader and asigned the "removable drive" letters to it, as promised on the installation guide. I have been using it for transferring mp3 to my player, and the transfer rate is pretty fast, much faster than using the USB that came with the player I have. For the price and all the features this product offers, it really is a no-brainer, it delivers as promised; and it's nice too that they have the software bundle, even though it's not much, it still has some functionality for people who either don't want to deal with too much technicallity or simply want a bare-bones program that will do what they want to do, in this case, a slide-show on a CD to be played on any DVD player... nice.
