Strengths: No problems and product is what was advertised.
Weaknesses:
Overall Evaluation: Product arrived in a reasonable time frame, within a week. I have no complaints from my customers. Office XP afforded them a suite which meets their needs at a affordable price.

Strengths: The junk mail filtering in Outlook is the reason I am looking for another copy for my husband's PC.
Weaknesses:Word, while more robust than ever, is still not as good as WordPerfect; and Access still stinks! (I use Lotus Approach.)
Overall Evaluation: If you're sick and tired of wading through junk email, then this version of Outlook, alone, is worth the price of the entire suite -- although you may want to consider a stand-alone copy of Outlook unless you also use PowerPoint, since the rest of the suite ain't so hot. Display customization is easy (and, in my opinion, necessary). Powerpoint is great. It sure would be nice to have a suite that included the WordPerfect word processor, Outlook & Powerpoint from MS, and Approach from Lotus. I had to buy all three suites to get what I wanted.

Overall Evaluation: P.O.S. Baby style interface, crappy. If you like telettubby crap on your monitor and have a desire to screw up your system so you have to format your C drive to get back to normal, this diaper load is for you.

Strengths: Lots of features to help you save time.
Weaknesses:Expensive.
Overall Evaluation: Office XP is very feature rich, and the clipboard copy & paste functions are great. I use Excel the most and find it has some nifty new features that saved me hours.
