Strengths: battery lasts forever, good sound, small,

Weaknesses:buttons are almost TOO small, playlist feature doesn't really work, hard to find a specific song, ..I just don't like the interface as much as an ipod or a Zen

Overall Evaluation: small, reliable, good sound, BUT the buttons are almost TOO small, playlist feature doesn't really work, hard to find a specific song, ..I just don't like the interface as much as an ipod or a Zen

    Duration of ownership: 6 Months

    Strengths: Inexpensive

    Weaknesses:Unreliable

Overall Evaluation: I bought this for my son as a Christmas present. It died after four months. None of the recovery steps work. The machine powers up and sticks on whatever recovery step you try: scan disk, format etc. The only way to turn it back off is to take the battery out. Buyer beware!

    Duration of ownership: 40 Days

Strengths: Excellent sound quality, large memory capacity.

Weaknesses:No remote control or leather sleeve provided.

Overall Evaluation: I bought this product last month and I am happy with it. But this mp3 comes without a remote conctrol so a few functions are useless actually, for example, you will never use the built-in FM radio unless you buy a expenssive remote control addtionally. What's more, because of no sleeve provided, this mp3 player can be easily scratched if you put it in your pocket. The ear buds are also too large, but I think I can live with it.

    Duration of ownership: 6 Weeks

    Strengths: inexpensive price,good sound quality

Weaknesses:a little hard to manipulate, the earphone with the machine is not so good, without FM or record function

Overall Evaluation: I should have a better evaluation with this machine since I think it works very good at the beginning. It has a good sound quality as good as the Iriver 799 I had, also with affordable price. Even though it doesn't have Fm or record function, and a little difficult to manipulate(like you must go to it's menu to hold it, but most machine can be held directly), I think it's a good machine compared with the fairly low price BUT the machine stops working few weeks later. I am not sure if it's a typical problem. But this maked me fell really unsatisfied with it.

    Duration of ownership: 2 Days

Strengths: Excellent sound quality! Very good price, accessible battery (iPod battery isn't servicable)

Weaknesses:small button, bad earbud(buy your own)

Overall Evaluation: A good buy if you get it less than $200. iPod mini can't compare. If you want a small compact player that has good quality for a good price, get this!
