  Overall Evaluation: The first battery I received didn't hold a charge but I was sent a new one right away at no extra charge. Great customer service and speedy shipping. I would highly recommend using them for all my computer needs.

  Strengths: Double the run time on the laptop.

  Weaknesses:Twice the size of the original battery.

  Overall Evaluation: Came in as a "opened item" this was stated on the site, the package was a little rough. However this was a great overall value and there were no challenges with the battery.

  Strengths: THE 12-CELL BATTERY IS AN EXCELLENT REPLACEMENT,TO ADD MORE TIME TO YOUR BATTERY LIFE WHILE ONLINE.

  Weaknesses:THERE ARE NO WEAKNESSES.

  Overall Evaluation: I WAS USING THE STANDARD 6-CELL BATTERY WITH MY LAPTOP.I WOULD LITERALLY GET 20 MINUTES OF USAGE, BEFORE IT WOULD LOSE POWER.THE 12-CELL HAS BEEN USED FOR 4 HOURS WITHOUT LOSING POWER.I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

  Strengths: Length of unplugged power, "fat" battery acts as a stand to elevate and to allow better cooling

  Overall Evaluation: My husband says this may be the best gift I ever gave him! His laptop was only lasting about 15 minutes on battery power, and now it lasts close to four hours! I don't think he'll be without a 12-cell ever again. (I know I won't be!) Along with the memory upgrade, he almost feels like he has a new laptop.

  Strengths: Product as described, no issues. Fast shipping.

  Weaknesses:Form factor of battery.

  Overall Evaluation: Great battery life, although I generally stay plugged in I have gotten 5+ hours on couple of occasions. I know it is an extended battery, but I would expect the design to be better. The protruding section (which exist on almost all extended batteries) is only as long as the original battery. This means the rear base of the laptop now sits on approx. 2/3rds the space it sat on before. This seems a little less stable than I would have preferred. It also sits awkwardly when using on you lap. Given the life of the EOM battery this is a must have!
