Strengths: Quiet, roomy, cool-running, easy to work on.
Weaknesses:Power supplies are absolute junk.
Overall Evaluation: I've purchased about 20 of these cases in the past six months. Power supplies have failed or shipped DOA on 15 of the cases. Replacement power supplies have arrived DOA. Antec is also really slow abou

Strengths: Quiet, lots of room for expansion.
Weaknesses:Possibility of front panel clips breaking because they're plastic.
Overall Evaluation: One of the clips on the bottom of the front panel does not hold or 'click' onto the case anymore. Not a huge deal since the panel is still flush with the case, just that if I pull slightly on that bottom edge, the panel gives. (clip is not broken) I think the loudest thing about my system is the CPU fan (which is quiet), so I don't think I notice the exhaust fan. It definitely pulls air through because I had to clean the filter out after only a month. Glad that filter was there. This is my 1st system I built by myself and would recommend this case to anyone.

Strengths: Nice and quiet. Well designed interior.
Weaknesses:Boring black exterior. Slight hum with the fan, but you need some cooling.
Overall Evaluation: I had purchased several 3DCool cases and power supplies because I read a review saying they were great cases. They are horrible cases!!! The fans were not only overboard, the case heats up the entire room because the power supply sucks, and it's so freakin' loud I can't even hear myself think. Now, I don't care what my case looks like or smells like, all I want is a case that will give me some peace and quiet, and not heat up the entire room. I decided to purchase the Antec SLK3700-BQE because of the "quiet" factor. After I switched the components into the new Antec case, the owner of the system in the office didn't even know her computer was turned on! We were so used to hearing it even in the next room, and now sitting right next to her system she thought she needed to turn it on. Nice. It's not 100% silent, but now I can't hear it over the A/C. The fan in the back makes a little bit of noise, and now some of the hard drive noise and CPU fans are heard a little. I'll take that any day at this point. (It's a dual P3 with some noisy IBM drives.) Now I'm going to upgrade the other systems with these cases as they are well worth the reasonable price. In fact, I used a sound meter to test before and after. Everything inside both cases are exactly the same, so the test is perfect. A measurement from the back of the case where the power supply and rear fan are located, holding the meter right up there, the 3DCool case measured a whopping 87dB! The Antec case was 65dB to 66dB. That's over 20dB difference! The front of the case was 64dB on the 3DCool, and only 54dB on the Antec, as was the measurement on all remaining sides. The 3DCool case was 10dB to 20dB louder on all sides. The noise makes a big difference. (All tests were performed while the A/C was running and another loud case was running in the room.) Inside is so well designed that even though I put the exact same components and cables into the new case, it was so much cleaner looking than the 3DCool case, which is a much larger case. It's very well designed with several places to safely tuck away excess cables to give the air-flow a clean ride through the case, in through the front, out through the back. The room doesn't get hotter now, either. Next time I build our systems from scratch, I'll be using these cases with every quiet component inside, too. Thanks, Antec.

Strengths: Really quiet, roomy, front USB ports, and well built.
Weaknesses:Unusual hard drive cage.
Overall Evaluation: This is a great case to keep your expensive parts in. It's roomy and easy to work with. Drive rails make it easy to work with the bays. My only complaint is about the hard drive cage. It uses rails, which makes it easier to work with, but it seems awkward, having them slide into the slot in such a position. It made connecting ribbons and the power cord a little bit more of a hassle than it should be. Other than that, the case has been great to work with. In addition to that, the case is also really quiet. This sure beats my old case. I'm happy I made this purchase.

Strengths: I CURRENTLY OWN THE ANTEC SONATA CASE. IT IS VERY NICE. I WANTED ANOTHER.
Weaknesses:MINE IS NOT AS QUIET AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BUT THAT MIGHT BE MY CPU FAN BEING LOUD. I DID ADD ANOTHER 120MM FAN AND IT CAN STILL SOMETIMES GET UP TO 84* CELSIUS!!
Overall Evaluation: THE REASON I AM GETTING ANOTHER ANTEC CASE IS THE REPUTATION AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ALSO WANT TO SEE IF THIS NEXT CASE IS QUIETER THAN THE 1ST ANTEC. 1ST 1 HAS INTEL P4 3.0 GHZ--THIS 1 WILL HAVE AMD 64 3200+. LETS SEE WHO WINS!!
