Duration of ownership:
Strengths: speaker phone, voice recognition, bluetooth, mp3
Weaknesses:charger plug in is a horrible design
Overall Evaluation: I'm with Cingular. Its not a bad phone. But, after 1 year, biggest beef: the charger connection has to be played with for it to work after about 6 months. I also wish the plug in earphones were universal. You can only use the ones in the box to listen to music. The speakers are nice, decent sound considering their size. For the money I would recommend the Motorola SLVR. My roommate has it. Same phone, but slimmer, and much lighter. The speakers don't sound as good as the ROKR. The plug in is 100 percent better. And its exactly the same plug in to charge the bluetooth Motorola wireless headset H700, which is very convenient.

Strengths: good reception.
Weaknesses:slow itunes function. weak ringtones.
Overall Evaluation: Sometimes this phone rings and need to be turned off to stop. My phone broke within a year and I didnt even drop my phone. Would not recommend. Motorola can make better phones than this one. Nokias are much better.

Strengths: Great design. The service is amazing and the music is so good and clear. Battery life is great.
Weaknesses:I don't like the song compacity of 100. And sometimes the pictures aren't the greatest (but they are better than many).
Overall Evaluation: This phone is amazing, I would recommend this phone to anyone who loves music. The volume on this phone is great, I'm able to have the headphones off and still listen to my music. The phone is set up great, there's a lot of address and picture compacity. Along with being able to set pictures to address entries.

Strengths: Gets good signal strength in places that I never did before. Always wanted an MP3 player and now I have a phone and MP3 player in one!!
Weaknesses:Limited bluetooth functionality, can only use it with the handsfree headsets.
Overall Evaluation: This is by far the best phone that I have ever owned. The last phone I owned had all the bells and whistles, a Motorola T720, and I got the worst reception that I've ever gotten from a cell phone. I love having ITunes in the phone as I have it on my laptop. And I love being able to upload songs from my computer to my phone. Transferring songs to the phone can take a while, but so what, it's a phone! Anyone who complains about this phone is just looking at it as getting a MP3 player with a cell phone built in. Now if your looking for a phone with a MP3 player, this phone is for you!! Too many people are rating this phone for what it is not, a MP3 player!! For what it is, this phone delivers. For those looking for a great little phone that you can put a few songs on to it as well, this is great! I get coverage with this phone that is far superior to any other phone I've had. Good quality phone, Motorola did a good job on this one. (Way better than my old T720!)
