  Duration of ownership: 18 Months

  Strengths: Extremely playable over the long term. Huge game world. Nice to be able to play your own mp3s.

  Weaknesses:Graphics not much of a step up from PS2 version. "Classic" controller missing "mouselook" on an analog joystick, the ability to change your view without moving. Occasional graphical artifacts.

  Overall Evaluation: I've been playing this game for over a year, and there is always something else to do or something else to find. The game is never really "finished", you'll have to define finished yourself, by completing 100% of the game (hard without using a cheat book), amassing $1,000,000, obtaining all properties, finding all stunt jumps, etc. There's tons of mods out also, but the quality varies. Some users have created stunt movies using GTA:VC that are interesting to watch just to see what can be done in the game. Do yourself a favor and get an analog joypad and use the "classic" setting, the game is much easier to play especially when familiar with the PS2 version.

  Strengths: The Freedom to run around in a 3D city killing,driving, robbing, and to give what every gamer wants from a kiling game.

  Weaknesses:Gitches, freezes, and buggy graphics put this game a tad bit bellow a 5 out of 5 stars.

  Overall Evaluation: Glamaur, glitz, fame, fortune, sex, lust, serial killing, robberies, gun fights in the heat of the night, a strong 80's soundtrack, and shear maham put this game above all others I have ever seen in my life. You play an ex-convict who goes by the name of Tommy Vercetti. in this game, you will learn to kill, run a porn studio, a taxi service, a counterfit money factory and many other things. After being screwed over by an old friend from Liberty City, you wind up having to take over the city. Ihis game is like no other. If you do not already own it, i recomend it highly.-Andrew King

  Strengths: you can do anything from go golfing to street racing to owning your own gang to driving little remote control cars to driving an apache helicopter to picking hookers to anything at all

  Weaknesses:the graphics arent the best we could get and there are soooooooo many glitches but not to worry they dont effect anything and theyre sort of like cheats actually.

  Overall Evaluation: this ame i awsome you can do anything in this game its so good that im saving up to buy another vice city so in case this on gets ruined.i was searching for stuff to do after you beat the game case im soooo close to beating the game. and if it werent for that little hillery i hate him sooooo much you have to be a better driver than him in order for him to behe getaway driver (i hate him)i say if im better than him let me drive i mean really. ok sorry about that it just gets me soooo mad but i love this game and after you beat it you get to have bodygurds :-) (yay) im almost there if were for that hillery!!!! sorry. so exept for the missions that dont make sence (hillery mission also know as the driver mission)its an awsome game! the apache is so cool to fly its called the hunter on the game though i land in little haiti with it and wait til gang members come by or cars or police or civilians (wait theres nothing else at all other than gang member police ad civilians) so basical anything comesbye and eithershoot with my mini gun or shoot hell-fire missiles at it! :-D so its a cool game!!!!!!

  Duration of ownership: 2 Weeks

  Strengths: Cool missions & storyline, ok graphics, and play MP3s.

  Weaknesses:Controlling anything that flies is hard.

  Overall Evaluation: This game is way better than playing on a PS. This game is additing to play for hours. The graphics are better on a PC of course, but I think they are ok. I have a Radeon 9800, so expect amazing graphics on every 3D game that is out there today, this game (graphically) did not amaze me. Keep note of that developers :) What is really cool is that you can play your own MP3 music. I like 80s music in the game since I was born in the 80s, but I like listening to my own music as well in the game. The only thing I do not like in this game is controlling anything that flies. You have to keep tapping on the the num 9 just to get the helicopter moving forward, use the Q and E keys to rotate the helicopter, and W and S to control to altitude. There is also a plane to use using the same controls. One more thing that I wish is that there is online play. I have no clue how Rockstar Games is going to do that. It would be really amazing if it did happen.

  Strengths: Great free from gameplay

  Weaknesses:Graphcs are a little outdated

  Overall Evaluation: If you own this on the PS2 there is no reason to go out and buy this unless you want to be able to mod it and gett new cars. If youdon't own it i would strongly suggest that you buy this game, you won't be disspointed. Also you get a cool sticker in the PC version, and a much bigger poster. I have not put the game down yet after 5 days, and i'm only ` percent of the way through. There is plenty of replay value.
