Strengths: Works well. Sound is good both ways.
Weaknesses:A little awkward to put on.
Overall Evaluation: I really enjoy being wireless. The device is light and pretty comfortable. I was scraping ice from my driveway and the person on the other end heard it loud and clear ... a little too loud. Glad I bought it.

Strengths: Comfortable
Weaknesses:Poor clarity
Overall Evaluation: The functionality of any Bluetooth product will depend upon how well it sync's with the cell phone. In this instance, the BT-250 functioned much better than the BT-500. After contacting Jabra, they recommended the BT-5020, which was a great improvement over the BT-500

Duration of ownership: 1 Years
Strengths: thin, practically weightless, great sound, great price
Weaknesses:picks up background noise quite easily
Overall Evaluation: I LOVE this headset and I have worn quite a few. I was a diehard Plantronics fan til I came upon this. The sound quality is like none other - near perfect. The ear bud is what helps in receiving clear sound. Once you get accustomed to them, the controls are FINE. It is so light and thin I am constantly forgetting I even have it on. I'll come into work and pick up the phone and bang it into my headset because I forgot it was there. About how many headsets can you say that? I used to have to take headsets off because some part of my ear was hurting . . . not now. I like this headset so much I have bought five of them for people I felt should have them. They also rate this five stars.

Strengths: Good fit and volume. Easy setup as far as configuring for use with my phone.
Weaknesses:Signal strength at a distance. I reccomend keeping the phone on a belt clip while using the headset.
Overall Evaluation: I bought this for safety while driving I am very happy with this headset. This headset comes with multiple size earpieces and is very comfortable to wear. I have not worn it for long periods of time yet.

Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Maintains good connection with phone. Volume control excellent.
Weaknesses:I have used the BT 250 for years. BT 500 is stiffer and does not fit as well. Also miss the vibrate mode.
Overall Evaluation: Jabra Bluetooth products are superior in my opinion. I have used three other brands and like Jabra the best. The Jabra's connection with phone is the best - it rarely drops the connection. I use the headset almost exclusively and the one negative is that my wireless mouse interferes with the connection.
