Duration of ownership: 30 Days
Strengths: Very easy to use and operate even allows for a nifty size grid.
Weaknesses:Specific support even within the first 30Days is VERY expensive. Each workstation license costs as much as the first. It would of been nice to have a "volume" and multi-WS discount.
Overall Evaluation: I tried our the trial software and fell in love with it. Ordered my copy from geminicomputers.com which was the cheapest on PriceGrabber and voula. Had the whole thing up and running in about 2hrs. Online Credit card processing was a pain since I wanted to keep my current provider and couldn't figure out. But everything else including printing my own barcoded price stickers was a breeze. Once again Intuit shows they can produce a VERY solid, reliable and easy to use product. I would only suggest to try to either lower the cost of the support plan on this unit or include a more comphensive one for at least the first 30days since that's when most people need the most help.
