  Strengths: Secures your computer 100%

  Weaknesses:Can be pricey for official box (not OEM).Can use a lot of resources depending on your configuration and hardware.

  Overall Evaluation: We (wife & I) have used Panda for over 5 years now with no problems and no viruses or intrusions on either computer.This particular product "Platinum" is easy to install and set up and simple to use once your used to it. Spend some time learning it when you install it - setting up the level of heuristic scanning for example, and the scans you want it to do and when, it will definately reward you. (A lot of people have this notion that you just install this sort of program and it "just works" - then they get invaded or a virus. Like any other program tweak the settings to suit you and your machine, otherwise you're not getting the protection or your money's worth. I recommend "Platinum" over Pandas "Titanium" because while you may save money, "Platinum" is easier to use, and I have used both. (Installed "Titanium" in a friends machine.)Go with Panda, you won't be disappointed.

  Weaknesses:Detection, spyware removal, system performance, issues with java applets....

  Overall Evaluation: I have to say that this is the worst anti-virus software I have ever encountered. Anyone even thinking of this software should evaluate something else. Previous versions would regularly cause blue screens of death when java applets were run and the newer version regularly caused general protection faults. We use this in a corporate environment and the anti-spam blacklist is not editable directly. You can whitelist addresses but that's it. The installations typically take an extremly long time and have caused about a 20% crash rate on systems in the wild (being used by end users.) For the sake of your sanity please avoid this AV solution at all costs. It also constantly interfers with software installations from known vendors (Microsoft etc.) and in company applications. It runs about 7 services not to mention 3 different memory hogging applications. I have had completly updated desktops fail to catch viruses that have been in the wild for over 48 hours and it cannot completly remove most spyware.

  Weaknesses:reboots when driver conflict are found.

  Overall Evaluation: I cannot recommend this software to anyone. The software appears great at finding viruses, but the constant reboot were very annoying. That's why I swith to another virus protect software.
