    Overall Evaluation: When it comes to bluetooth Motorola seems to have a leading position. I own more than a dozen bluetooth devices, and few of them work as well as this Motorola device. This device is simple, yet elegant. It has no complicated menus...in fact it has NO menu at all. It does the job of streaming audio in both directions, and does it well. Pairing is a breeze and ranges is excellent. The quality of the audio is flawless, it DOES NOT distort even when covering long distances. I highly recommend this product. I use it to stream music from my PC to my Stereo; and from my Blackberry Curve to my stereo. Both work perfectly well.

    Overall Evaluation: Product is designed well and worth the buck. Did put my logitech bluetooth headphones to use.Was able to connect and stream music with ease, a remote would be beneficial but for the price paid its ok.

    Strengths: great sound quality, and very good range

    Weaknesses:Slight delay very noticeable in games

    Overall Evaluation: I bought the DC800 to get more use out of my HT820 headphones (which I absolutely love, and highly recommend). I use it for my computer and TV and it works great. The only thing I really don't like about it, is the slight delay on the sound. You don't notice it so much when watching television, but if you play a lot of videogames, you will definitely notice it. I love music games, and the delay makes it difficult to play them. Other than that, it's a great product.

    Overall Evaluation: I have tried some Motorola A2DP headphones and were extremely unimpressed with the sound quality. Not so with the DC800... in my tests the sound quality was fantastic--nearly at the level of a wired connection.First of all, as other reviewers have said, the device can input or output audio via bluetooth. If you have a bluetooth audio receiver (like A2DP headphones) then you can connect your stereo (using wires) to this so you can pipe audio wirelessly to the headphones.However, I think the more common scenario (and the only one I have tested) is using the device to accept an audio stream over bluetooth and output that over wires to your stereo system. I have tried that with my Dell Latitude D830 laptop as well as my HTC PPC6800 Windows Mobile phone and had no problems with either one. Once the connection is made audio comes through loud and clear.The only thing that kills the connection is running the microwave in the kitchen nextdoor (microwaves produce interference at 2.4Ghz--the same frequency that bluetooth uses). I really think this thing is top-notch for what it does. There is a remote control bluetooth profile (AVRCP) that can work with A2DP, and it would have been great if this unit supported that--but that's not really a big deal for me. It would also be great to have digital input/output for more flexibility in connection to audio sources/receivers. But both of those nitpicks are extremely minor.In short, you pretty much can't go wrong with the DC800 if you need an A2DP bridge.

    Strengths: It's nice looking, very light and good ergonomic design. The range is much better than the typical USB dongle for the PC.

    Weaknesses:It has no pass through RCA audio for input from TV/stereo. It can be charged with mini USB.

    Overall Evaluation: This is a well designed product that does more than one functions. It's really a transceiver, not just an adapter, because it can receive and transmit audio. No problem with pairing with PC and headphones. The DSP chip must be very good because its sound is fantastic. It doesn't even get warm after hours of operation. I like its standby feature. It's very useful if you like to watch late night TV. Unless you don't mind disconnecting the RCA cables every time you switch from the TV/stereo speakers to your bluetooth headphones and vice versa, you may want to use it with an audio/RCA selector because it has no pass-through. This is my biggest and only complaint.
