    Duration of ownership: 1 Weeks

Strengths: Multi-color backlight; excellent sound quality; two seperate alarms

Weaknesses:NOT A CD PLAYER; display can be hard to read from some angles; AM radio reception subpar

Overall Evaluation: This alarm clock is a great value for $25. The 2-5-7 day alarm feature is nice and so are the dual alarms. The line-in function is ok but you then must worry about setting the alarm on whatever device you have attached to the line in, as well as setting this alarm clock: if either fail, no alarm. I find the lcd screen hard to read when viewing it from below, such as when I am lying in bed, its still readable, but could be clearer. The display will rotate between the whole spectrum of colors, not just three. If you find a color you like pressing a button will keep the clock displaying that color.

    Duration of ownership:

    Strengths: Multicolor display, weekday/weekend option, MP3 line-in

Weaknesses:Dual alarm clock is misleading, MP3 line-in not functional for alarms

Overall Evaluation: This clock radio has a lot of worthwhile features. Most unique is a multicolor display that keeps changing until you press a button to select which color display you want to keep. But then, who needs a multicolor display? The MP3 line-in is another useful feature, but you need to keep your MP3 player on all night to make it operational with an alarm. There is no way to wake it up at the alarm time.I enjoy the weekend/weekday feature that you set, so that it will only wake you up on weekdays or weekends and remain silent on the other days. This saves you the trouble of turning off your alarm for weekends and then having to remember to turn it back on the first of the week. Of course, if you want to wake you 7 days a week, it can do that as well. Most troubling feature is selling this clock radio as a "Dual" alarm. Actually, this model is a double alarm, but it gives you the choice of waking you to radio or buzzer. So if you and your spouse want the radio, for example, you won't have that choice. So in reality it should be called a single alarm. With all the features, it is very reasonably priced. All in all, a clock radio with lots of features if you can put up with the drawbacks.
