  Strengths: -Clear pictures for both day/night-Cool features

  Weaknesses:-takes too long to take a picture when flash is on-video recording is decent, but not as good as the pictures

  Overall Evaluation: I was really impressed by the clarity of the pictures. When you look in the LCD screen before the picture is taken it would appear as if you're taking a bad picture, but once you hit the button and it focuses in, the picture is great. I was also really impressed by the flash. You get awesome pictures for night time and the flash has a long range and it's very bright, so watch out for that. Also, it comes with awesome features; radio, mp3, can record TV shows, and a few others. My main problem with this camera is that fact that when the flash is on, it will flash twice before it takes the picture. And if you move after the first flash thinking it took it, your picture will be distorted. The camera comes with like 4 flash options, BUT the manual doesn't tell you much about them. The manual is not a very good manual. I did test all the flashes, and couldn't get rid of the double flash. (so if anyone knows what I'm doing wrong or what option to choose to fix that, comment this review). Also, you have to press and hold the button down hard for the picture to take. So, all of that in its self to me is a pain in the butt, and makes me want to take it back, but I got it as a gift. But if you're using the camera for still photos and you're not at the party scene much, or have an environment where people don't mind standing still for 30 seconds for a picture, than it would be a great camera for you. The video recording is not as clear as the picture, but I haven't tried this camera outside yet, so it may record better video outside. However, the picture you get from camcorder option is still good. It depends on how picky you are really and what you really want this camera for. It's not an all around camera. It's definitely a camera that will best suit some people verses others.
