Weaknesses:Hard to install , Slide show and Cine Movie Magic will not work . Will not work in Vista . Will not work in 64 bit XP . Activation needs to be repeated every week. Needs to be re-installed on a regular basis .

Strengths: The product lists a impressive llist of audio/video functions.
Weaknesses:The doc for the apps and the support is 0 ona scale of 1 to 9. The support I recieved is the same. Their customer care centre actually closed a log on the same day I reported.They boast a live chat but do not say how to initiate it. They have my money and if they want to refund it I will gladly accept and buy another product THAT WORKS

Overall Evaluation: This program works great on an XP environment, but is almost useless on a Vista machine. Roxio has absolutely no customer support. They have been promising a Vista patch for months. I have used the product all the way back to Version 4, but I am now looking for a replacement product. I would not waste your money

Overall Evaluation: I had a terrible time getting it to work with Vista, when I finally did it was extremely slow loading pictures into a slide show. I got very frustrated and returned for a refund. I will be very unlikely to purchase any Roxio product again. I used creator 7 with XP for a number of years and was happy with that product, but not #9.

Overall Evaluation: I bought this to upgrade from Pinnacle Instatnt Photoalbum that was at least 2 years old. I would NEVER recommend this product to ANYONE!
