The USB 2.0 External Video Card from Iogear allows you to connect an extra monitor to your desktop PC or laptop's USB port. The connected monitor can be configured to either clone your primary screen, or extend the Windows desktop allowing visibility of more applications at the same time. It lets you view large spreadsheets across two screens with display continuity and helps you to multitask effectively without overlapping windows. You can open attachments on one screen while reading the e-mail on the other. The USB 2.0 External Video Card driver used to control the extra screen uses little computer resource and offers a vast array of screen resolutions and color depths. It also ensures that there is almost no difference in performance between a directly connected screen and a screen connected through the card. Packed with these features and more the USB 2.0 External Video Card allows you to have visibility of multiple applications at the same time.

Strengths: None

Weaknesses:Doesn't work on high res monitor (1600x1200)

Overall Evaluation: Wish it actually would let me connect a second monitor! Purchased the Aluratek USB to VGA (AUV100) and it works great. I do like the form factor however just wish it worked at higher resolutions.
