Strengths: Small, stylish, clear signal, nice charging station.
Weaknesses:Falls out of my ear, some hiss during calls, could be lost easily.
Overall Evaluation: This is a really attractive headset. I bought it on sale to replace my WEP210 (an even smaller model) which got lost. The WEP410 is even better in a few ways: the charger is no longer permanently attached to the case, so you can now carry the earpiece in a safe case without the charging cord; it's a bit larger, and the sound quality is better. It immediately synched to my Nokia phone. The controls are fine, but you may accidentally press the big multi-function button and disconnect a caller if you adjust the fit while on a call (see below). The drawback to these good qualities is that the earpiece has sized covers, and the largest is still small for my ear. When I had the WEP210, I cheated by adding a foam cover from another headset to the earbud ring to make the set fit better in my ear. That can't be done with the WEP410, because the earpieces are similar to the Shure EC2 and Sony MDR-EX70 Fontopia headphones, thin rubber caps that fit onto a plastic hub. I used the largest supplied earpiece and talked for a few minutes on a few occasions; the headset wobbled with my jaw movement and eventually fell out. I adjusted it during a call and, pushing the function button on the front, hung up by accident. Firm seating is only a temporary solution, since talking may make it loosen in your ear. I'm deciding whether I can get Jabra fitted earpiece replacements (which are made for their great-fitting headsets) to work with this model or just return it for a refund. Too bad, because other than fit, I like this model a lot. If your ears are not too big, LOL, this might be prefect.

Overall Evaluation: -Good receptions on both ends. Even though without noise canceling effect, works well indoor and outdoor. To find the best fit, try with both ears (you may find surprisingly that the ears are not symmetrical) -Carrying/charging case is handy for storage. -Reception is good within 10 ft. Static may occur if beyond. -Pair with Samsung Gleam instantly. Have trouble to pair with Motorola RAZR v3m. -Overall good quality for the price.

Strengths: Voice clarity, size, comfort and price
Weaknesses:The multifunction button is easily pushed resulting in a redial of the last person called.
Overall Evaluation: The voice clarity is excellent for both the caller and the person at the other end. This is my first Bluetooth headset and I spent a lot of time researching before purchasing this one. Apparently, there are many models by several manufacturers that don't rate well and I didn't want to get stuck with a sub par device so I took my time and I'm glad I did. This thing is all I could have hoped for at a price much lower than a lot of the competition. Other than my complaint that I mentioned in the Weakness category above I think this is an excellent product. I also recommended it to a friend of mine who purchased one for himself and one for his wife and they are both extremely satisfied. As far as I'm concerned, you can't go wrong with the Samsung WEP410.

Duration of ownership: 6 Weeks
Strengths: The WEP410 was a breeze to link to my cell. I could hear and was heard very well while using it and it holds power as advertised. Its tiny profile renders is barely noticeable while attached.
Weaknesses:I have had it drop out of my ear on occasion, however the ear piece covers that are supplied with it may remedy that. Also, I have accidently made calls while simply applying the headset.
Overall Evaluation: I have really enjoyed having the convenience of this little head set. It is a relief to know that on long calls I do not have the phone itself, right up against my ear. Also, I can safely and quickly answer and successfully complete calls while attending to other activities. The WEP410 has met and exceeded my expectations in convenience and reliability. It's a great buy!

Duration of ownership:
Strengths: small, light, clear (both Tx and Rx). The ear insert fit my ear nicely and it felt solid even when I shake my head.
Weaknesses:None as far as I am concern.
Overall Evaluation: I have been looking for something like this for a while, and have tried other higher price (in-ear) unit (motorola, plantronics), and have been disappointed. Though DSP was suppose to make it better, it made it worst, especially to the person I am talking to. It seem to amplify the sound around me. This one seems to be understated, but works for me.
