Overall Evaluation: compact and great design. very handy to move around from garage to kichen or bedroom.sound is as same as low catagory home theater system with this kind of small piece.price is little bit higher but still worth it. it plays mp3 that's a plus point

Strengths: Best sound for something its size; 30 day trial period
Weaknesses:$$$
Overall Evaluation: I have eyes on the Bose wave system for a long long time, but because it is solely carried by Bose itself, prices are $$$. I bit the bullet and bought one last week and have really liked it. I think I will continue to be satisfied with it.

Strengths: Sound is absolutely phenomenal. Compact and clean design with credit card remote. Plays MP3 CD and CD-R/RW discs. Setup is simple.
Weaknesses:Price is steep at $499. Accessory 3-Disc Changer is an additional $299, but does include speakers.
Overall Evaluation: I managed to destroy my JVC 6-Disc bookshelf system that I've had for 10 years and needed a replacement in time for Christmas. I looked around and saw the Bose Wave Music System and some other competitor systems. When all the research was completed, I chose the Bose and am extremely happy I did -- so is my wife. :) I opened it up, plugged in the power cord after positioning it on my shelf above the TV and presto. It works right out of the box. I played some Christmas CDs and they sound great. I listened to FM Radio, it also sounded very good. I also listened to AM Radio, also acceptable. Anyone looking at a great sound system in a compact cabinet, look no further. This Wave System simply rocks. I would certainly make the same decision again. No regrets from this purchase.

Strengths: Compact size, big, big system sound...unbeatable!!
Weaknesses:none...
Overall Evaluation: This is truly an amazing product...you know how stereo systems say you'll ..'hear things you never heard before on your CDs".......??? well, its TRUE.....even though it's $500, it's the best money you'll ever spend on a sound system..why anyone would even consider anything but the Bose is a mystery to me!!!
