    Duration of ownership: 4 Days

    Strengths: Produces impressive results, high quality, works as advertised, comes with lens caps and pouch.

    Weaknesses:Large relative to the camcorder.

    Overall Evaluation: I got this lens to use on my Sony HD-SR11 camcorder. This is the first time that I have gotten a wide angle to go with a camcorder, but I am glad that I did! I hate doing family shots, or interior shots where I cannot fit everyone into the image. That is no longer a problem with this lens. This is a high quality, 3-element lens. It is too pricey directly from Sony, but was a good deal through a PriceGrabber reseller. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
