  Duration of ownership: 6 Months

  Strengths: +Old fat PS2 multitaps not compatiable with slim PS2+works great no problems, unlike 3rd party+sort of like an extension for your controller

  Weaknesses:-expensive-not much use other than multiplayer

  Overall Evaluation: When the PS2 slim came out I decided to upgrade my existing PS2. I had an existing multi-tap, but unfortunately found it was not compatible with the new slim PS2. The Slim PS2 slots are smaller, which made my 3rd party multi-tap worthless. I had to go out and buy a new Sony brand PS2 multi-tap for multiplayer purposes. Sony's multi-tap works great no problems what so ever. Unfortunately Sony's multi-tap is much more expensive than other 3rd party brands. I'm not sure if 3rd party brands have adjusted to the new slim PS2's size. To avoid hassle, if you are in the market for a multi-tap for the slim PS2, Sony's works great.
