  Overall Evaluation: I am extremely unhappy with this product. Within three months of buying this product and the base set many buttons in both the handsets stopped working. They even do not have any service center in Denver for repair. Now I have to send them to Irvine,CA. Stay away from these Sony phones.

  Strengths: Great second handset. Very reasonably priced, excellent reception, and a snap to set up.

  Overall Evaluation: I own The Sony model # SPPA2780 for almost 6 months. I love this phone system, and have been waiting to add additional handset. Easy to use, I can think of no negative comments. It is the best portable phone I have ever owned, and of course the SONY quality is there. I feel confident, you will not be sorry if you purchase this phone.
