    Duration of ownership:

    Strengths: performance ram, lifetime warranty

    Weaknesses:You'll need the lifetime warranty

Overall Evaluation: I had 4x512mb value ram, they were holding my cpu back, I splurged and decided to upgrade to this stuff, nice price after a $40 rebate, I spent more on the 4x512mb value ram than on theseUpdate: This ram has died on me 2 times now right around the 6 month mark. I hope corsair has improved their ram quality or I'll be stuck putting corsair's lifetime warranty to the test

    Duration of ownership:

    Strengths: Speed

    Weaknesses:none

Overall Evaluation: These are just the ticket. They are fast and overclock well. Not that it matters but the heatsinks are very appealing to the eye. Good old Corsair you just can't go wrong.

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Easy to install and recognized by motherboard bios.

    Weaknesses:None.

Overall Evaluation: Installation was a breeze, machine runs and loads faster and have no complaints at all. Very good price/performance with $50 rebate (assuming I get it). Have not overclocked these modules. Machine has remained stable with no problems up to this point.

    Duration of ownership: 3 Weeks

Strengths: Size, good looking, tight timings.

    Weaknesses:None

Overall Evaluation: I have not tried overclocking this RAM, so I can't say much about that. All I can say is that this RAM runs well at the advertised timings, looks nice, and having 2GB is nice. Going from 1GB to 2GB, I didn't see as much of a performance improvement as going from 512MB to 1GB. I run this ram in dual-channel on an MSI Neo4-F mobo with A64 3500+. Dropped the RAM right in and booted up fine. No crashes or errors or anything in about 3 weeks, and I use this machine mainly for watching movies with a little bit of gaming.I got in on an awesome deal on this RAM, and I wanted 2GB, so it was perfect timing. I am not overclocking my system right now, but when I do, I will most likely use memory dividers. Maybe one day, I'll see how much this RAM can overclock, but for now, I simply don't have time.So if you need lots of stable RAM at tight timings, these should serve you just fine.

    Duration of ownership:

    Strengths: Corsair, speeds 2 3 3 6

    Weaknesses:Most likely require voltage change to get 2 3 3 6 speeds.

Overall Evaluation: These are corsair's "value select" line of memory. Even still it is good memory however the packaging will suggest it's inferior. I have this running 3 3 3 8 on a machine that cannot set the voltage which is the only weakness (you need to set voltage to 2.75). It's advertised as 2 3 3 6 but will most likely require bios settings to achieve. It's no big deal but I have patriot 2gb ddr pc4000 rated 3 4 4 8 giving me better speeds clocked down to pc3200 (motherboard specs). I say buy if you have a custom built machine but skip it if you have a dell/hp type brand since it won't do you too much good.
