    Duration of ownership: 1 Years

    Strengths: Price was very low.

Weaknesses:Paper feed errors. Ink used up too quickly.

Overall Evaluation: Couldn't get the printer to recognize the front paper tray. I've been printing for decades and couldn't get the printer to that. Paper in the rear tray didn't sit tray and jammed every time I printed. When the paper did feed from the back it came out crooked.

Strengths: For everything it does do, it does it very well. Love it.

Weaknesses:Won't print directly to CD/DVD (I'm not talking about printing to a label).

Overall Evaluation: Doing photography, we need to be able to print directly to the CD/DVD from our Mac. This model won't, I am told by Epson support after we bought it. All sales people told me it would.

    Duration of ownership: 3 Months

Strengths: Looks great, 2 paper trays, auto-duplexing, AMAZING photo prints, easy to use built-in functions, scanner does the job well

Weaknesses:loud noise made before each print

Overall Evaluation: The printer is quite large. Even without the auto-duplexer, it takes up half of my entire desk. They do not include a USB cable. The USB cable is routed THROUGH the printer and plugs in on the inside, which compromises its length significantly. The auto-duplexer is, in conception, a dream, but it jams frequently. The dual paper trays are great, but it's very easy to configure them the wrong way on either your printer or on your computer. The ink is extremely expensive.Overall a good printer with some nice features.

    Duration of ownership: 12 Days

Strengths: Prints 4x6, 5x7, 8x10,8.5x11, A4; has 6 inks instead of 4; 2 paper trays, has memory card slots; 1.5 picoliters.

    Weaknesses:None

Overall Evaluation: Got this printer mainly to print some 5x7 prints, most printers do 4x6, 8x10 only, wife loves it, has automatic red-eye removal and the prints are fantastic. Yes ink cartridges are expensive $90 for hi-capacity pack, I paid $125 for printer from PCNation, if you do the math $125 - $90 = $35 for another printer, so I ordered another printer.

Strengths: Wonderful color printing, all-in-one capabilities

    Weaknesses:Larger footprint

Overall Evaluation: This is the third printer I've owned made by Epson, though I've used other brands at work or friend's homes, and at this point, I'll probably continue to buy Epson printers. Though my previous model also printed directly to a CD/DVD, this one loads from the front, as opposed to the rear, which I consider a vast improvement. A minor complaint is the size of this model, but, considering it's also a scanner and copier, where my others were simply printers, I figure I can get rid of my stand-alone scanner now and recoup some precious office equipment space, so it's a wash. I'm very happy with my choice.
