Weaknesses:Not user friendly, not easy to manuever back and forward
Overall Evaluation: I think it's almost as bad as using the IRS tax forms. It is sometimes difficult to understand the questions in the interview process. Trying to review your work is painstaking because apparently you must re-enter some of the information. The rebate is a joke. You can fill out a rebate form online but must still mail in the rebate form. I'm not sure if I will spend the money next year for this product.

Strengths: Comprehensive. Has all the forms and interfaces between them pretty well. example K-1 forms and Schedule C. Nice option to save return in Adobe pdf format.
Weaknesses:A little clunkier user interface than past years. Program keeps swaping you into interview mode when you want to look at forms.
Overall Evaluation: Difficult to balance stock transactions with 1099-Bs when you have many from multiple brokerages. Does not allow sorting or easy find of transactions. Quicken download works, however audit trail is nill.

Overall Evaluation: Great product, really makes complicated returns simple. You do need to have everything on hand and plan to do return all at one time. It's a pain to go back and add things as they come up.

Overall Evaluation: Turbo Tax Premier 2004 is a good package if you have a complex tax return. You still need to understand the tax code but the software does a good job of the scut work of actually filling in the forms and checking for inconsistencies and errors.
