    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: compact size ease of use

    Weaknesses:hardware problems, software problems

Overall Evaluation: this is the third time i will be sending this back in the warrantee period. the first time it would not save the videos and then just died. I got it back but the on/off switch was defective. they replaced the entire unit with one which does not save the date or time. It's getting expensive to keep shipping it back. I keep sending it insured mail and I'm hoping it will get lost.

Weaknesses:only shoots video why bother my camera, my new 3g 5 megapix phone (nokia, sony ericsson, iphone) all shoot video very simply no need at all for this device

Overall Evaluation: why bother it doesnt do anything more than my digital still camera which shoots video, my new 3g 5 megapixal phone which shoots video which is also online all the time hello! this device is redundant useless and for silly people who dont realize they already have simple devices to shoot video

    Duration of ownership:

Strengths: Large Built-In Memory, All In One Solution, Built-In USB connector, Uses Standard AA batteries

Weaknesses:Small view screen, Output format, So-so image quality

Overall Evaluation: Initially this camera appeared to be a good fit for my son. Good storage, no cable to lose and simple to use. The first problem I had was the output format. iMovie would not accept the native output. I had to convert first using QuickTime. My son expressed his dis-satisfaction with the screen viewer. Although my son and I decided to return the device, I still think it could be a good fit for individual looking for an all-in-one solution that can deal with the AVI file output.

    Duration of ownership: 2 Months

Strengths: Light, easy to operate, fits in pocket, transfers contents of camcorder to computer very easily, batteries easy to replace, price is right.

Weaknesses:wish there was more memory and zoom capability.

Overall Evaluation: I gave this as a gift to my 12 year old grandson and he loves it. He takes it everywhere and is always recording. He sometimes runs out of memory at at crucial time but understands he has only 60 minutes. He takes along extra batteries in case they wear out and likes the fact he does not need a charger.
