Duration of ownership:
Strengths: Very flexible in the codecs it uses. Very high quality sound.
Weaknesses:Inline power seems to be the most common failure requiring a power brick then.
Overall Evaluation: We have implemented a call center with 205 of these 2 years ago. I'm replacing the first one to fail today. They have been rock solid and provide excellent sound quality. The abillity to use various codecs has been great.
