    Duration of ownership: 1 Months

    Strengths: Excellent appearance, both format capability.

    Weaknesses:Rush to repair problems with firmware dead wrong.

    Overall Evaluation: Nothing like having families over to watch a Blu-Ray or HD-DVD movie only to have it totally blast the surround sound system as it hunts for DTS. Tech support and two firmware updates didn't fix problem. I immediately yanked it off the shelf and replaced it with our Sony Bd 300 blu-ray player. It worked!! Sorry Samsung I waited three months for this player,not worth it. Magazine writeups were good and bad but you didn't listen to them.
