Let sounds and music, now locked to the privacy of your ear, extend into the air for all to hear. Sony SRS-A27 Personal Desktop speakers are highly sensitive speakers that are lightweight and easy to carry. These speakers features built-in Mega Bass, on/off Switch with volume control and are magnetically shielded so you can use them next to a TV or computer monitor. A 2-Way power supply allows fully portable operation with optional "AA" batteries or plugged into standard household AC outlet with optional AC adapter. Highly sensitive speaker drivers are capable of producing big wide-range sound with 2 watt amplification. Sony MegaBass delivers deep bass sound despite the units small size.

Duration of ownership:

Strengths: compact; doesn't take up a lot of space.

Weaknesses:sounds ver tinny

Overall Evaluation: The speakers look nice, and their also useful if you plan on using them for travel (if this is your last resort). I would not recommend using it for your desktop because sound quality isn't that great. The sounds that it produces are very low, especially when increasing the volume; also...also very tinny; no depth.
